Don't know that it means anything, but interesting:
If you check the Kelley Blue Book site for Motorcycles,http://www.kbb.com/,
you'll see that they have listings for used motorcycles from 1970 through
2003. Very extensive listing of makes for most years. But for 1974 and
prior, the ONLY bikes for which they chronicle values are Moto Guzzis. Quite
thoroughly, too. For 1972, for example, they seperately list the Ambassador,
Police Ambassador, V-7 Sport, "regular" Eldorado, LAPD and California
versions.
