What I did on my T rear on the V7 Sport was intentionally misadjust the linkage rod for the 2nd brake shoe. This eliminated the lock up sensitivity and the brake still works 'good enough' for me. You're right Greg, in the rain they're either locked; or your foot's not on the pedal. Steven Seftel
