Just my $.02.
If you have a disc brake model, I don't think torque
measurement is the way to go. I get the pinch bolts
tight, then tighten the axle bolt while spinnig the front
wheel until I get to the point where the wheel stops.
Back it off a tiny bit, give the axle a rap with a
leather or plastic hammer to loosen it up. Repeat. Get
it as tight as you can without the wheel stoppng free
spin. Use blue loctite on the threads to keep the nut
from coming loose.
