OH ,
A lot of people are now going for the ORIGINAL ,unrestored bikes. As
the older bikes are snapped up ahd restored the real clean original
bikes start to get a lot more attention from experienced collectors.
We've seen a similar situation involving old cars and it is showing
up in old bike circles now.
The $2500 price INCLUDING the queen is very rare !

Hey All, Correct me if I am wrong but a rough number for a decent restoration (doing a lot of the assembly yourself) runs about $2500-$3000. That includes purchase price of the "barn queen". I remember a few years ago I could have bought a decent running Eldo for $1200. To me what will be significant is when the supply of restorable Loops disappear. Not a lot of people are interested in a $10k restored bike but lots are interested in fixing them up and getting them running. Could we call the Loop the "garage mechanic's" bike of choice?
