The right side end of the police battery tray is supposed to be short..
(or cut off).. but he cut all the way back to the tray? that is weird..

Since my only reference is a Civilian Model I was wondering if the Police Models had that cross brace removed. Also...the PO had cut the ends off the battery try....the parts that connect to the fender. Weird. Any input would be welcome and if anyone has a spare battery tray I think I could use it.
