Mine came out easy enough, but putting the new one in may be fun. Since the plug is alum. the old ones threads will be messed up on removal. Before the new one is installed, the threads will have to be straightened out (the plug is peened in place deforming the threads). Guzziology suggests using a tap of the same thread pitch as a scraper to clean them up. I'm not that far yet so I don't know how well that works. Cheers,
Charlie
