Thanks for all the answers. In my pile of stuff that came with the Eldo
there were those chrome (rusty) front and rear "bumpers" that attached
to the fenders like in the photo Roberto sent me (thanks). I won't be
using them, so I guess I can use little rubber plugs to fill those holes
and the extra cable loop hole in thr front fender.

Fred, The rear fender holes are for a chromed steel fender trim piece. Ask Bruce Giller to send you a picture of his. The front fender secondary hole is for another brake cable for a 4LS brake drum. Mark fr-@fredsgarage.net writes:
