Fred, The rear fender holes are for a chromed steel fender trim piece. Ask
Bruce Giller to send you a picture of his. The front fender secondary hole is
for another brake cable for a 4LS brake drum.

In the rear of the rear fender, ther are two holes to mount the fender to the "loop" of the frame, then a bit lower are three holes for the taillight bracket, and then below them three more, a bit smaller? What goes there? Also, on the front fender there are two fairly large holes on the upper sides of the fender to the rear of the vertical mounting tabs.
