I stand corrected on the stripe issue...I had taken my info on pictures
from
Greg's book...after looking at some of our original ads..

I see that they are indeed NOT even....Fred?Dave O. if you pull up the
mssells site and look under Guzzi ads you'll see what I mean....

In the the "Machine Built for Ultimate Touring" ad they look close..the
rest are less so. If'n a person wanted to make em line up, would those
dimensions you gave me apply?
