I've not seen the bike with my own two eyes, but Joe Kenny of Meadows of Dan, VA has a (late) '71 Ambo with the Eldo style engine block and rear drive housing. Maybe they built a few Eldos with the Ambo style drive housing? Who knows what might have been put together back then! Cheers,
