Subject: Strange Eldo Noises

I got back from a 300 mile ride on my Eldo, with a new windshield. It may
be my imagination, but I seem to hear much more noise from the motor than I
was familiar with. Made me nervous, so I checked the torque on the heads
and re-set the valves. Could this just be the windshield bouncing back more
noise? I am hoping it is nothing more serious, and I have never ridden with
a windshield before, so your opinions? Someone mentioned to me that it
could be piston slap...what would this sound like? My valves were adjusted
correctly when I checked them.
