John,
Have you checked out Greyhound? They are pretty cheap for shipping, if
the party at the other end can go and fetch the package. You might have
to remove the flywheel to get the weight under 100 pounds. Nice thing is
that your package never gets more than 2 feet off the ground, unlike UPS
which has a knack for breaking everything by dropping it from airplane
cargo bays and conveyors.
