Subject: breather blow-by&running board vibes

Couple of quick questions.I have yet to come across another loopframe
rider in person so once again i will throw the questions out to the
list.My big bore eldo blows a fair amount of oil out of the curved pipe
on the bottom of my crancase breather,enough to coat the bellhousing by
the neutral switch .Is this normal?Should i have a piece of tubing
attached to this pipe.I see vintage racebikes with the crankcase
breather running into a bottle.Wondering if i should do same.Also,i get
some vibration in my right footboard from the u joint.At speeds around
80 my foot slides back constantly from the vibration,like one of those
old football games where you line up the men then turn on the power and
watch em scramble around the board.If i replaced u joint &carrier
bearing would this eliminate the vibration altogether?Up to about
65-70,the vibration isnt too bad at all.Dont really want to tear into it
unless absolutely necessary.Thanks.Let me know if yours blows
oil&vibrates too.
