Subject: carb top gasket

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question. I seem to remember that maybe 10 years ago Joe
Eish told me that the paper gasket at the top of the carb was not
necessary. Have any of you heard the same thing, or is my memory going
bad....(no big surprise)
