Sorry to hear about the back! Ain't it always something!
If you have to choose a positon to be in, have them fuse your back in the
riding position.......it's the most important thing you do anyway!

I planned on tuning and tweaking this week. Unfortunately I have had a blowout of the L5 disc in my back and maybe more, I see the Neurosurgeon wednesday to find out my options.
