Subject: What the ?

Something isn't make immediate sense--when I pull in the clutch while in
neutral, the engine on my Eldo slows. This is exactly opposite of just
about every other vehicle I've owned.

I'll check the cables to make sure nothing is being interferred with,
but I'd be interested in hearing if this is unusual or part of the
loopframe mystique.
