Okay man, I'll grind them off.
I can't use Gary's method cause these have a chrome ring on them that
doesn't appear to come off.
So grinding it is.

SPendy. I have a pair of the amber ones (labeled lucas 1.5 2515) on my backup front fender. But the nut was turning the bolt with the nut. gah. probably have to grind them off. If you are not adverse to using adhesive, I don't mind cutting them free and sending them. I won't ever use 'em as my personal preference is to seal the holes and paint over.
