i've always got confused about this myself.
i've just looked it up in "the carburettor manual" from Dellorto, & it gives
the figure for PHF carbs as 18 +/- 0.5
guzzi factory manual for LM 2 gives figure of 23.5 (which is probably where
haynes get it from). However, i have crossed this out sometime in the past &
entered note of: 17.5 to 18.5. that is what i must use on my LM 1.
