Rich is right, the name of the person to ask for is Alis Agostini. She is a
nice lady and speaks English perfectly. There are guys there that stuggle
to speak English and you wonder if your message will ge through but it did
with me. They seem quite customer friendly. Also, I am no mechanic but the
piston kit went into the bike easily. Good luck, Bob
