Scott,
Did you use 14ga. wire throughout your bike? Did you use different colors to match the original wires? What did you use to make a big wrap up near the fuel tank, you know, the rubber or plastic sleeve that holds all the wires together up front? Did you use a plastic sleeve from an electronics store? What did all this cost you and about how long did it take? Thanks Scott.

Dave,
You can easily make your own harness, using the same colors, or close to it. Just get some 60/40 solder, with resin core. New wires solder very easily, not like the old corroded ones, where the solder wont even stick. It takes a while, but its easy and a lot cheaper than buying one.

Subject: eldo wiring/front forks
After a few days off from work I have the Eldo tore down to the frame, looks
like one of the uncertain things that lay ahead is the wiring, have seen a
few different posts on this and read what I can, anyone have any suggestions
as to different options? It looks like you could make a new harness from
scratch or I've seen new ones listed, I haven't talked to any parts sources
yet. Also reading past posts and info in Guzziology has me somewhat
hesitant to get the forks apart, any suggestions would be appreciated.
