Subject: ouch...fork lowers disassembly

Well, I've broken two strap wrenches, and the darn things still haven't
budged.
I've tried heat, penetrating oil, strap wrenches, you name it. I'm to the
point
where I'm seriously afraid i'm going to break something.

someone please tell me they are not a reverse thread and I've been grunting
away
in the wrong direction for the last couple of days.
