Jeff,
I'm sure others more proficient at mechanicals will respond knowledgeably to
your questions but I have a question for you, when you get the time; what
makes you intrigued by Guzzis as opposed to American iron or BMWs? Thanks,

I bought a basket case 1970 Ambassador that I am trying to do a ground-up rebuild on. It's great :). I'm in the process of stripping it down so I can send off the frame and other bits for powdercoating, and am wondering if there is a preferred method for pulling the engine. 'nother question -- the PO decided to chop the factory wiring harness and rewire with lamp and extension cords...at least I'm guessing thats |
happened as it doesn't look "factory" to me :). I believe this is a pre turn signal ambo and it's probably a pretty simple harness. Whats the general consensus on doing a custom harness vs buying a factor |
Last one (at least for now), it seems to be leaking a good amount of oil from around the clutch pushrod area. Is this a common problem for |
bikes? any recommended fix? thanks! jeff ============================================================ Explore the jungle in your backyard -- FREE! eNature has bird sounds, Animal Finder, Field Guides, experts, activities and more for a suburban safari you'll never forget. http://click.topica.com/caaadxFb1dfltb1FlG8f/eNature ============================================================ |
