That is your problem, you need to get another left head (to get it fixed
quick) I looked at your past e-mails, and the problem you had with the Ambo
Engine gave you the exact same readings, left 120 right 150, since you have
a
completely different engine with new cylinders/pistons/rings, and get the
exact same problem, we need to apply some logic here, the answer is
SOMETHING? is wrong with your left head.
dave- yeah, same heads. i never got my T-3 heads machined [gotta open up the exhaust ports to 1 1/2] & machine a set of bushings to hold the exh. pipe in. prolly replace the valve guides too. can't see anything wrong with the ambo heads- i lapped the valves, checked the springs, etc. [maybe a hairline crack? but see no evidence of it, ala carbon tracking] driving me nuts! andy ----- Original Message ----- From: "David J.
