I changed mine out to a standard 1970's GM switch (72 Chevelle). They cost
about 4 dollars and any auto parts store. I had to make a L bracket to
mount it.. The nice thing about these is they have a screw adjustment on
them. Some of the other ones I tried did not have any adjustment for the
switch.

I guess it's a good sign that the problems I am having are so small but:
I replaced the stock brake light switch with one I got from Steve Ford
but it works in reverse! When I step on the pedal the light goes off,
otherwise it is always on. I assume I need a differant switch. Does
anyone have a line on one that will work?
