the bore is the same between the eldo and ambo engines, but the pistons are
different. the eldo's are flat tops and the ambo's are domed. the other
major difference is the distance from the top of the piston face to the
center of the wrist pin hole. off hand, I can not remember which is
taller. one of two things will happen if you swap them. 1 the piston will
come up and slap the head or 2, you will have something like 6 to 1
compression ratio. I was going to try this route with my ambo.
