I used to live outside Atlanta and the area you speak of is real nice.
You'll be far enough away from Atlanta to not have to deal with the
traffic, Atlanta traffic is terrible. Nice countryside out there, Road
Atlanta racetrack is nearby, Lake Lanier if you like water, GA mountains
for weekends,... you'll have it made.
