Pardon me if you already know this but in the July issue of Walneck's (as in
most issues) page 83 there is an ad for a title company right here in
Rochester; I believe this title company used to be in New Hampshire. I'm
told they are legit and cost is around $75 to $100. phone numbers

Here is the frame & engine number off my 1973 Eldorado: 58186. It is a civilian model, single front drum brake. My other Guzzi, a 1974 Police (I believe) Eldorado, has number 61372 on eng and frame. The PO of this bike got tired of paying $15/year license so he junked the title, a very dumb move because this bike is really quite a nice one. So now I am looking for a way to get a title. I would prefer to buy a titled 73/74 Eldorado frame for it, anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced frame w/title? My '73, new to me, is running great and I'm really enjoying it. Do most of these old Guzzi's have a "ringing" coming from the heads at cruising speeds? Or are they supposed to be quiet like a Cadillac?
