Try pulling the flywheel position sensor on the right side of the bell
housing just below the throttle body. Swarf from the clutch gets on this
sensor and it gets intermittent. Without any sensation, the computer gets
confused and doesn't know where to hit the spark. Usually the bikes get
sputtery and intermittent, but it could be the source of your problem and is
the easiest thing to cure. Just blow it off with some cleaner and air.
