Have you ever heard of anyone using a small buzzer instead of a light?
I'm
 told with the auditory feedback one can keep one's eyes on the pully marks
and adjust more efficiently. Has anyone else on the list heard of this?

Thanks to all who have tried to help me diagnose my quirky 73 Eldo! I
will
 check the plugs tonight and consult the manual for checking my advance
springs as for the timing... any suggestions for doing this as a first
timer? I have timed numerous other engines but reading the manual and
the
 
 bits in Guzziology leave me a bit baffled. There seems to be so many
possible variables (different pulley, incorrect marks, etc) and I would
like
 a clear step by step method for testing with a light. Anyone with a
foolproof guide?
