When I replaced all the gaskets on my Eldo, much to my chagrin, I
discovered that the real cylinder head nut is under the big cover bolt.
It sure looked like the big bolt was being torqued down in the owners
manual. It wasn't until I read the blurb from Moto Int. that came with
the gasket set: use a 10 mm hex wrench to remove the nut. "Huh?" was
all I could say/think. Next was, "Damn, that's weird!".
So all this time I've been torquing down the cover nut to 30 ft lbs!
