Hi All,
I am writing to see if anyone did business with Dale's Cycle before they
closed their doors last month?
I talked to Loretta, who worked there, and ordered some stuff from them in
December. She shipped me the invoice and credit card slip but no parts.
It was suppose to be shipped US Post/Canada Post but when I checked with the
Customs here in Canada they said they have no record of receiving the
parcel. It has been close to a month now so I figure that it should have hit
the border by now.
Has anyone done business with them and had results? I tried calling the
number with no luck of course. I am getting ready to call the credit card
company and have the transaction reversed saying that the goods were not
received. I am tempted to tell the card company that this was mail fraud but
I don't want to do it if it is not the case.
I know that this isn't normal "list material" but I would appreciate some
input.
