Hi Ian,
Well from working on cars it is best to do what I'll call a reverse
torqueing serquence, if you just pull the bolts one at a time you could warp
the head, especially with it being aluminum.
Oh good call on the slides I may do that first as they are easier to change,
and yes the carbs will go on either side as I have swapped them before and
yes definetly hard to adjust probably do a ball park setting and see how it
goes.

Did I do a bad thing? There aren't any oil leaks and the engine has been consistent through the time. I will re torque before riding season this spring but I am curious as to people's thoughts.
