Hi,
Could someone either email me directly, or post the file filename="Eldo to
Cali shifter shaft.jpg" on a site somewhere? I'd like to check it out, but
my topica email digest mode has destroyed some necessary header info.
Obligatory Guzzi Content (OGC). Saw a show on motorbikes on the History
channel last night that mentioned Carlo Guzzi and showed a Normale (about
10 seconds). I was inspired. So... I decided to ride my bike in this
morning. It was about 40 F, which is heck o' cold for this warm-blooded
boy, but I got in a good ride around the Iowa cornfields and trees. North
from Iowa City on highway 1 (no relation to CA 1) to Solon (good
microbrewery, but closed at 7:30am) and noodle back to West Branch
(Birthplace of Herbert Hoover) and a short blast down the Herbert Hoover
Highway (that's Rochester Ave to those in the know) and on to work and
coffee. No Bugs! Beautiful blue skies, and the ol' goose just loves that
cold air. Didn't want to start though, so I guess I'll have to put the
chokes back into the carbs (D**n Amal's). I had so much fun that I'm going
for another ride this afternoon...
