The push/pull switch to the left does nothing, I think it may have no purpose - believe Moe mentioned it was used for a map light for the LAPD. On my eldo the push/pull shitch on the left turns on the spot (persuit) lights, with the blue indicator light on the dash. The second push/pull switch is a coil cut off, so you can kill the engine and leave everything else on. The toggle switch can be hooked up so it acts as an emergency flasher, that is it turns on both the left and right blinkers (and a couple of strobes you can get at Pep boys if you really want to look like a cop)
