Hi Andy,
Sounds like you will need a new hub. I believe there are lots to be
had....Call Mark at MG Classics.......or any of the other shops around.
Heck...David might have a spare to sell :-)
Thanks for bringing this to the list as well. I tend to forget that these
things should be checked periodically.....Little cracks can turn deadly
fairly quickly.

[say, isn't that the european name for werewolf?] i notice several cracks in my eldo rear wheel,emanating from the spoke heads out toward the spline area. is this normal? acceptable? while far from the sharpest tool in the shed, this seems to mean that i need a new hub? sigh, this project keeps getting more & more interresting! thoughts/advice anyone? i see a rear wheel on ebay. tia andy |
