I felt that we needed to make the move quickly due to the relatively
large number of active members that were disabled by Topica. I posted
about the move several times and hoped everyone had voiced their
feelings about moving.

Administering the list hadn't been a pain until recently - Topica
screwed something up during their last maint. that made it impossible to
keep about 16 of our members subscribed. When I asked for Topica
Support's assistence in solving the problem, all I got was the standard
"we're working on it" response. Unsatisfactory!
