 Hello,
I have 16 of my list (Loopframe_Guzzi) subscribers that are
hard
 bouncing. They all give the reason "blocked bounced message".
The
 subscribers haven't changed any settings in their
anti-spam/anti-virus/firewall programs. Has something changed
in the way
 Topica sends messages recently? Is there a particular way they
should
 configure their programs to accept Topica mail? All of them
haven't
 received their list mail for about a week and when they try to
post from
 the website, they get a message that been "administratively
disabled".
 Any help in resolving this problem will be greatly appreciated!
