WEll Patrick,
I agree with you on their ego, but they are no more than regular cops.
There is no lower level/rank police force, hence no cream! Vigili are
usually in to parking tickets and traffic duties and are unarmed.
I have F*&^ with them when necessary when I've been in the right.
Pulled it off too!
