I replaced my old brake hoses with stainless steel braded hose. I had a
local hydraulic hose shop make mine up, works out great. One thing I have
learned about old brake hoses, is they may look good on the outside, but the
inside diameter will actually swell with age causing problems. We picked up
a V50 awhile back that had that happen to. We could not even bleed the
brakes. It was like sucking a milk shake through a coffee stirrer straw.

Actually no, I'm looking for a front brake cable(s).
Already replaced the clutch cable with MG's - works
great.

I had a Barnett cable on there and it just flopped around in the cable adjuster as the feral was to small. Next project is rebuilding the front brake system ('74 disk). I believe its recommended to move to a 12mm master cylinder. MG Cycle doesn't list cables, nor does Greg Benders site. Does Barnett or anyone else make a replacement cable & fittings? I love the feel of stainless, but want black for color. Maybe I'll get both and change them out as necessary. There is nothing wrong with my current cables (they look original), just thought since I'm replacing the MC and pulling the caliper to repaint, I'd go ahead and do the cables.
