Hi Ted,

For me, it would depend on the thickness of the plates. 8mm is the "new"
thickness...and they are supposed to be replaced at 7.5mm. If I had over
half left and everything else on them looked good, I'd clean them up and
stick back in - especially since you aren't afraid to do your own work.

rear main seal...no problems since in about 10,000 miles.
