I took a 10mm Allen hand wrench and put it in my vise.
Lopped off about an inch or so from the handle. If it is a good quality
wrench, a regular hacksaw won't handle it. I think I used one of those
embedded carbide wire-type hacksaw blades. Could also be done with a
Dremel cutoff.
I drop that into the top center head bolt.
I drop a 3/8 drive 10mm socket onto that.
I drop a 3/8 to 1/2 drive converter onto that.
I go at it with my torque wrench and a 6" extension.
You have to be careful. Anytime the wrench gets off of perpendicular
and square, you get false torque measurement. Not too hard to hold
things square for this task. You just need to know about it.
After I'm done, I have to use a magnet to fish out the 10mm Allen blank.
