cool. Thanks for posting and for sacrificing your parts for science! I'm
thinking there were beers involved but looking at your website it's
obvious you're a very curious guy. I admire your patience and care in
doing this. I would have broken out the torches and a big hammer.

PS The Eldo is getting much closer now to D-day. I'm ready to install
the whole drive train in the frame as soon as I can get some muscle help
from my sons or student types. Ordered windshield, battery, sent out the
last batch of little detail stuff to be chromed, got my headers. Can't
buy mufflers or bags until the motor's in frame with headers so I can
measure things. I think I'm going all black with blue stripes, including
a wide stripe around the black wheels. Excited! I'm going through the
phase where I'm wondering what stupid little thing I forgot to do inside
the motor or rear end, etc.
