I pulled the motor on the Eldo last night because I wanted Charlie Coles
to look at the annoying leak coming out of the rear pushrod tunnel. I
am having him reseal the unit and replace the shifter spring as well --
His usual service in fact, the gearbox works fine. I am just picky
about leaks.
Since the motor is out I have asked him to replace the stock clutch with
a new RAM lightweight from the good folks at MG Cycle. I am down to one
bike so I am running the bits out to him tonight and picking up on
Saturday, reinstalling on Sunday for the morning commute. It is very
funny to see the Eldo with that big hole in the middle.
