I think you can still buy the steel part, as it is just one half of the normal steel clamp. I think MG Cycle has them. I prolly have a bunch of crusty ones, too.

I have the alluminum top brackets as made by Joe Kenny and as identical to the nicely polished alluminum ones Guzzi made. So, all I need is the bottom for each bracket - four total bottom brackets (two for me and two for my Dad).
