Well shucks- that is helpful information- I guess I have never looked at
the design of these carbs closely enough (and yes, square slide dels),
or given it much thought- but that certainly makes sense and could
certainly be causing my problem.

And thus we continue to repeat the Guzzi mantra. Sloppy cables. Sloppy
cables. Sloppy cables.
