In the 20-odd years I've used historic plates here in Ohio there has
never been a mention of mileage or useage, and I've been stopped by The
Man on several occasions.
I usually try to have a flag somewhere on the bike, figuring that
whenever I'm riding a bike that I AM in a parade. Of just me.
