I had the same problem. One of the little O rings goes around one of the jets in your carbuerator. The other is unused as far as I can tell.

I have a Dellorto rebuild kit for the VHB's on my Eldo and I can figure out where most of the stuff goes but there's some small O rings that I'm not sure about, anyone know where there's information on where everything in this kit goes? Or can school me in where to put them?
