I am just catching up on my e-mails after a computer malfunction that lasted
9 days so maybe this is late or you may not care anymore but... I just buy
the standard auto battery cable gauge at Advanced Auto, or Pep Boys, NAPA
etc. The electrician/engineers on the list may have other ideas. Bob

I'm joining in the great battery change-out that's infected the list, and I
need to replace the battery lug on one of my battery wires/cables with an
eyelet type to suit the terminals on the new battery. Does anyone know the
wire size of those larger, black stranded cables?
