Subject: Torque specs?

Now that I'm pretty much done with replacing all my nuts and bolts with
shiney stainless, I'll ask this question. Are there any specific
fasteners I should have used the torque wrench to install? I didn't
overtighten anything, but just in case. Intake manifolds, etc?
BTW, to solve my "broken bolt on the crashbar problem". I super epoxied
a polished hex head and washer to the outside of the upper crashbar. A
welder recommended this stuff (Epoxy Weld?) Looks great, bar holds fast,
and my sanity has almost returned. I know, I know, it's the pussy (see
my earlier "screwing" post) way out. There will be no "next owner", so
what.
