Hello Andy, how is cold NY?
Saw your brother on Eldo Mikes site, funny thing was I looked at the pic
and said to myself "man this guy looks like Andy Hill" then went back to
the topica board and re-read Mike's note and realized HE IS your
brother! Nice machine he has!
Go ahead and give your a de-brief on the wheel bearing situation you
just went through. I have to pull my wheel off again and will remove
the shim, remount the wheel, and see what happens. The one I pulled off
had no shim, so perhaps this will fix the problem, else I will need a
smaller shim than the one on there now. I'm open to your ideas though,
had a good talk with Mark E also.
Where is the National this year?
Hope All is well.

Keith- sorry, man- i lost your address. if you are still wondering about that front wheel, i can lay it on ya, if noone else has. i just re-packed my wheel-bearings, so the memory is still relatively fresh in my somewhat feeble mind. IAN- when can i call ya, cousin? NATIONALS- i will be riding some kind of loop- either one of mine, or my brothers. [he has some kind of inlaw camp-out thing going on then] (yeah, guys, i know, i know). ;> lets get a boat-load of loopframers there, eh? V-700 question- the handlebar risers- no sign of plating- normal? painted? airbox covers were chrome-plated, tho. a P.O. aberation? an option? hoppy holidaze, an-d |
